Irene M. Kenealy

Irene M. Kenealy, age 92, of Waterbury, beloved wife of the late William F. Kenealy, Sr., passed away, Thursday, July 9, 2020, in her daughter’s home.  Irene was born in Torrington, daughter of the late Victor M. and Mary Mayancsik Beyus. Irene lived in Bridgeport for many years and worked in sales for Sears and Roebuck in the Men’s department. She was an accomplished cook and loved to prepare and share her wonderful meals with her family. Survivors include her devoted children; a daughter Kerry Ann Buzak and husband Victor of Waterbury, a son William F. Kenealy, Jr. of Inverness, FL, four cherished grandchildren Vicki Smith Breen and husband Bill, Mark Kenealy and wife Teresa, Connor Buzak and girlfriend Katy, and Brendan Buzak and girlfriend Emily, four great-grandchildren, Sarah Prinner, Vanessa Kenealy, Alexandra Kenealy, and Tanner Smith, two great-great grandchildren, Jaden Paduano and Kyran Paduano, a brother Robert Beyus of St. Petersburg, FL, a sister Ann Shirley Sayles of Hampton, New Hampshire, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a great-great grandchild Jace Paduano, brothers Victor (Teddy) and Nicholas Beyus, and sister Mary (Pat) Zanderigo.
