Louise Engelhard Hanlon, “Forever 29”, of Trumbull passed away peacefully Sunday, February 28, 2021 in her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Hanlon. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late William and Mildred Lane Engelhard. Louise will be remembered for her love of life, animals, and everything “Elvis”. She was a longtime Parishioner of St. Stephen’s Church. She is survived by her sister, Mildred Badick, sister-in-law, Gloria Engelhard, brother-in-law, John Stott and many nieces, nephews, friends, wonderful caretakers and neighbors. In addition to her husband Charles and her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Ann Nash, Frances Angelico, Ruth Engelhard, Shirley Stott, brothers, George, Howard, Leroy and William Engelhard and brother-in-law James Hanlon Sr. and sister-in-law Theresa Hanlon. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00am in St. Stephen’s Church, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
